Privacy policy
We collect the minimum data needed to sell you the subscription and check your licence. We do not sell data, build profiles or use advertising cookies.
Data controller

What we process and why
- Purchase and invoicing: email address, name, billing address and, if you provide it, tax ID. Card details are collected directly by Stripe: we never see or store them.
- Licence: your email, the subscription status and, for each device you activate, a device identifier turned into an irreversible code (hash), the platform, the app version, the name the device has in its system (for example, "Ana’s laptop") and the date of the last check. Only you see that name, in your account, to recognise your devices.
- Security: the IP address of requests is used temporarily to limit abuse and is kept in server logs.
- Website statistics: aggregated page views and events (for example, clicks on the buy button), without cookies and without identifying you.
- Support: whatever you write to us by email.
The app sends your licence key only once, when you activate it, and sends nothing about your use of Teams, your conversations or your activity.
Legal basis
- Performance of the subscription contract (GDPR article 6.1.b): purchase, licence and support.
- Legal obligations (article 6.1.c): invoicing and accounting.
- Legitimate interest (article 6.1.f): security of the service and aggregated cookieless statistics.
How long we keep it
Licence data, for as long as the subscription lasts and up to 12 months afterwards. Invoicing data, for the periods required by tax and commercial law (up to 6 years). Server logs, 90 days at most.
Who else has access
Only the providers needed to run the service, under data processing agreements:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland): payments, invoices and customer portal.
- Resend (United States): delivery of the emails with your key and sign-in links.
- Contabo GmbH (Germany): server hosting.
Stripe and Resend may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of GDPR article 46 (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We do not share data with third parties unless required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to matias@jackson-strong.es. We reply within one month.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or to the authority in your country.
Cookies
This site uses a single technical cookie, ta_cuenta, for your account session. It lasts 2 hours and is only set when you sign in. Statistics are collected without cookies.
Language
This is a translation for your convenience. If it ever differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
